Motherhood opened my heart, and my eyes.
And I chose to step away from the well-trodden path and explore a path less travelled.

I used my scientific training and my spiritual practice to foster relationships between parents and  their children. Our first relationship with our caretakers lays the foundation for future relationships. I continue to examine all the ways our modern society shapes and weakens this relationship so that I can provide ways to repair the damage and ruptures.

Here, we name and discuss the unspeakables: grief, shame, hate, death, sex, money, privilege, and power. We do this to heal, grow, and transform ourselves and society. Together we can navigate this intensely challenging times of multiple global crises (polycrisis) and reimagine a future in which all beings are with respect and reverence.
